Estate Plan Updating

This is a great article from the Pacific Science Center‘s gift planning website.  The article discusses some common problems with even the most basic estate plans.  Estate planning issues do not just affect the wealthy, as this article highlights.  In this case, it was important to look at the goals of caring for a child, and making sure that the money and the control of the money were set up correctly.
