My Practice. I advise clients both as an attorney in private practice as well as a business consultant, I teach classes at the undergraduate and graduate level for several Western Washington educational institutions and I serve on several corporate and non-profit boards. My practice is focused on business law, state and federal tax and estate planning.
Education. I earned my undergraduate degree in Economics from the California State University at Long Beach in 1991 and my Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1994. I earned my Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Legal Career. I spent most of my legal career as an in-house corporate attorney for several public companies located in the Los Angeles area in the mortgage and fashion industries and I specialized in corporate securities and finance. I am a member of the Washington State Bar and the California State Bar.
Faculty Positions. I teach undergraduate and graduate classes at institutions in Western Washington in the areas of economics, law, political science and finance at Shoreline Community College, Tacoma Community College, Brandman University and the University of Phoenix.
Family and Community. I live in Gig Harbor, Washington with my wife and two children. We are very active in the education of our children and in our community. I am involved in the following community organizations:
