I have not been very good at updating my blogs but my New Year’s resolution is to try to update it more regularly. I often receive many calls in the new year as clients, and potential clients, use the turning of the new year as an opportunity to deal with problems that have been outstanding for a long time or to resolve issues that have been on the “To Do” list for a while.
In the remainder of January, my plan is to blog about issues that clients and potential clients might consider for resolution in the New Year as well as highlight changes in the law going into effect for 2015 for Business Law, Tax Resolution and Estate Planning.
